Full Name:
Blayce Aaron White
Nickname:
Blayce
Age:
Twenty-eight
Face Claim:
Ian Somerhalder
A LITTLE DEEPER,
Alliance:
Straggler
Personality:
Cold
Blayce is not the very definition of cold, but it is definitely a prominent attribute, and he is known for it. He doesn't like giving anyone the pity card, and you won't get any from him. He hardly ever lets people see him feel bad or sorry for anyone, and he is the regular tough guy. He has a stoic demeanor, and he doesn't appear to have feelings at some points in time. He hates when people come to him to complain, and he never gives them any sympathy. He can be extremely hard to talk to simply because he just doesn't care. He doesn't have time to waste with petty problems and complaints. If someone he does care about comes to complain, that's a different story, but it all depends. He just doesn't care, and that's something that he needs to change about himself.
Unforgiving
He takes after his father with this emotion. If someone does him wrong, it will take a long time for them to make it up to him. They'll have to go to great lengths to get on his good side once more, and he makes the final decision. He's mean tempered and angry at times, and he doesn't care who he's talking to. He can be rude and obnoxious, and he just doesn't like dealing with people. If you do something wrong to his face, he'll make sure you pay for it, without a care for the pain involved. It doesn't matter who or what you are, for Blayce will make sure that you remember his name. He won't forgive easily, and that's a problem with him.
Gentle/ Caring
There is a soft side to this man, which is something he fights desperately to hide. He hates himself for being so harsh and unforgiving. It isn't something that he can change though, for the current state of things would never allow it. The truth is, he would rather live in harmony than have to steal every now and then to live. It would be much easier for everyone, and Blayce doesn't see a problem with it. He won't necessarily sacrifice himself for you, but he will make sure he can do what he can to keep you safe.
Sarcastic
Blayce is probably the very definition of the word, and he wouldn't have it any other way. Sometimes the things he says are just downright rude, but he never really cares. If someone wants to have a fight with words, then let them come, because Blayce will give them a run for their money. He hates when others try to get the best of someone or even him with their words, and he'll be quick to step up to the challenge. He's sharp and quick witted, and he doesn't really care who he's involved with at the time. Sarcasm just comes so naturally to him, and it's something that he's glad to accept. It doesn't necessarily make him a bad person, but it doesn't make him good either. Right in between is where he would rather be anyway. He can be obnoxious and annoying, but that's just part of his charm. Most of the times, it's just easier to grin and bear it.
Charming
That brings him into his next personality trait. Blayce doesn't really enjoy steailing from people, and most of the time, he isn't the one who does it. Basically, he's the one that charms the victims that the thieves have selected. He brings them into a darker corridor, and the others get them by surprise. He uses his lines and his facial expressions to bring in the ladies, and he buddies up to the boys around him, making them think that they are safe. He gives them a safe feeling, and then tears it away at the last second. But Blayce always feels badly about it. There's no changing that.
Likes:
girls, a fine bottle of whiskey, drinking, patience, resisting the inevitable
Dislikes:
impatient people, nagging, caring for others, being considered as a bad guy, being alone
Strengths:
hiding, charm, sarcasm, muscular strength, smart
Weaknesses:
Love, gets angry quite easily, irrational at times, arrogant, overrun with guilt and regret
ON THE OUTSIDE,
[/size]Appearance:
Blayce is a rather striking individual, but he's very good at hiding his attributes. He has sharp facial features, but they are softened when he smiles, or actually looks happy. The young man comes off as a rather angry person simply because he is. Nothing has brought him happiness in this life, so why should he seem or act as if he is enjoying it? Noland can be called handsome by many, but he never uses it to his advantage. His light black hair has natural brown highlights that come out brighter during the summer months. He's always outside though, so his locks never take on a dark shade. He keeps his hair long. It has been longer at times, and he'll grow it a bit longer in the winter time to give him some extra warmth, or so he believes. Blayce's eyes are another story. They hold people captivated if he catches their gaze, and it's easily seen why. His eyes are a crystalline shade of green, lighter than the lightest of greens. They can be called grey with flecks of blue and green within them, but they certainly are different than the normal eye colors. He hides his emotions from them at all times simply because he knows that that's a weakness. He doesn't like showing what he's feeling, and he has worked hard on keeping them inside of him at all times.
Blayce keeps himself fit because he knows he needs to be capable of fighting. He jogs throught the forest trails every single morning, keeping himself as quiet as possible. It's a good training method for him as well, and he uses it to his advantage. He is able to keep his footfalls relatively silent, even at a dead run. He does what he can to keep his muscle mass, and even though he doesn't have a lot of food at his fingertips, he keeps his shape. If anything he's a bit on the thinner side, but who could blame him? There isn't a lot he can do for food, and it takes a lot of time to get a lot of it to last a while. For clothes, Blayce wears whatever he can find, and hopefully they are in dark shades to keep him hidden. His prefered color is black, and he'll wear navy or browns, as well as greens. He never clothes himself in bright or light shades though because that's just asking for capture. He has a longer black overcoat that he wears all of the time, and it hides his weapons well. He keeps himself neat and as clean as possible.
THE PAST,
History:
Blayce was probably the easiest person the thieves could have chosen to turn into one of them. He was given up after his birth, simply because his mother couldn't afford to take care of him. It was one of the hardest choices she had to ever make in her life, but she know it was better for him. He'd be able to live a life that was worth living, and he would have everything that she could have never provided for him. The only thing she ever left him was a name, and a silver necklace with a simgle pendant upon it. The pendant is a simple ring, with a name that he doesn't recognize engraved on the inside of it. He wears the silver ring on the chain every single day of his life because it is the only memory he has of his mother. She named him Blayce after her father, because he was the only man that ever cared about her in her entire existence. Blayce holds no ill feelings towards the woman, but wishes he could find her today to let her know that he's alright, and he made out just fine.
As Blayce grew, he moved from foster home to foster home, never really fitting in anywhere he went. He was never abused, and he was never pushed around. Some families were harsher than the rest, and there were times when Blayce made the only choice he could. He ran away as quickly as he could, but always ended up back at an orphanage somewhere along the roads because the police picked him up. When they had gone through all the paperwork, they brought him to the nearest orphanage, and that was fine with him. He wasn't one to settle down anyway, and only once was he with a family that he wished would adopt him. It was when he was thirteen years old, and the family had actually cared for him. But they ended up having to move because of the husband's job, and Blayce was placed back into an orphanage because they wouldn't be able to afford what he needed.
Blayce then ended up staying at the orphanage while he attended high school. Blayce started to hang out with a bunch of cruel classmates. After a few months, Blayce was caught up with their illegal activities, becoming a thief for them. He knew deep down that he was making the wrong choices, but he had to live somehow. Many years later, Blayce found the courage to run away. He bought a ticket to a cruise and left for good. However, that cruise sank and Blayce found himself on a desserted island. Now, he fights for survival.

She knew she was going to be in some serious trouble. So that was why she wasn't hurrying to get back home. The King of Stars had told her not to go wandering off like that all of the time for long periods of times, especially not without telling him where she was going. But she couldn't help it. She needed to escape this place, and she needed to get away sometimes. And at times it would be late at night, or early in the morning, and she wasn't about to go knocking on Ruki's door, announcing that she was leaving for this long of a time. The fact was, she never knew where she was going, or how long she was going to be back for. She hated setting limits for herself, and she liked doing things her own way. She didn't like control and restraints, and being in this gang gave her those things and more. She hated it.
But Sterling had to listen as much as she possibly could simply because she had no choice. Ruki had basically saved her life, and she owed him her respect and her life. He and other gang members had found her as a seventeen year old in an abandoned warehouse, and instead of killing her, they had brought her with them. She was young, and she could be swayed and taught a lot easier than any adult could be. Plus, she had been sarcastic and quick witted, which had given her a fighting chance for her life. Ever since that day though, she was proving to be more trouble than she was worth. She never got into a situation that she needed saving from, but one day, she was going to slip, and that could happen. And the other gangs wouldn't be as understanding as her leader was at times. But she knew she was trying Ruki's patience, and there was going to be a time when he wouldn't be able to stand it any longer.
But until that day, she was going to stay the way she was. She wasn't hurting anyone, she was just angering them. This time, Sterling had traveled extremely close to her old home. It was in the territory of the Zeus gang, and she had put a lot on the line for herself these past three weeks. It had been the longest she had ever been away from the gang, and she was going to get it this time. But getting back to the point, she had gone to her old home. She had missed her old life, and she was homesick to be perfectly honest. The young woman had stayed within the abandoned mansion for quite a while, going through the old rooms and the old photo albums, thinking about how much she missed her parents and her twin sister. Kacey had been Sterling's other half, even though things had gotten really bad towards the end. Sterling wished she could have changed things. She wished she could have tried harder to make things better between her and her sister. But she didn't have a chance to do that now because she was dead. And she was never coming back. But the young woman didn't want to think that way.
Another piece of information had been fed her way, and it was one that had her on edge now. She had tried her best to forget the man these past five years, but it was obvious that he was haunting her until this day. Her father was still searching for her, and she was afraid of that man more than she was afraid of anyone else. No one knew that he was still alive and searching for her, and she didn't want anyone to find out. Not even Ruki. If Ruki knew the truth, she didn't know what he'd do. Her father was a threat to her life, and she just didn't want her leader knowing that something actually scared her. The young woman never showed fear, and it was a trait she was well known for. She hated looking weak, and fear was a weakness. Sterling didn't fear Ruki, but she did respect him. And she didn't want to lose his respect because she had lied to him all of these years by saying that her family was dead. It was the truth though. Her father was dead to her, and she wanted nothing to do with him any longer. She just needed to figure out a way to get him off of her trail and searching in the wrong places, far away from here.
It would be easy. She could do it because she could do anything she set her mind to, right? Sterling was doubting herself and her capabilities, and that much was obvious to anyone who knew her. She was jumpy and flinchy, which were two things that she had never been before. She was constantly looking over her shoulder, and things were only going to get worse for her. The young blonde shook her head slightly and readjusted the strap to her shoulder bag. Things were going to be fine. Everything would turn out to be just fine. Sighing slightly now, she finally saw the Hades' rooms up ahead. It was about time. Her whole body ached, and she just wanted to take the lognest hot shower of her life from all of this. Getting out her key, Sterling unlocked the door to her room and entered inside, tossing her black bag onto the bed. Heading into the small bathroom, she looked at her face in the mirror. She was pale and scared looking, and there were dark circles under her eyes. She looked pretty bad actually. Sighing once more, she stepped out into her room and took her black jacket off, and then started unpacking her bag now.
