Name won't know about Flick. This will either be because he/she's an islander, or completely oblivious to the media. Now, this is important - Flick will only be interested in name because he/she doesn't know who she is. And, for the first time in her life, she won't be known and judged before she gets a chance to leave an impression, which is how Flick and name will steadily become best friends.
As you have already read, Flick isn't your stereotypical Asian girl. I won't bore you with the details (again); but I'd want name to be pretty similar in personality. With Flick, opposites most definitely will not attract. They must have the same crude sense of humour, the same selfishness that gives them the ability to not care about others, the same sarcastic answers to any, and every, question asked... You get the idea.
Apart from that, everything else is free reign. I can see the face claim being someone like Francisco Lachowski/Daisy Lowe, or someone with the same style - but that's just personal choice. As long as he/she's hot/pretty (yes, I'm horrifyingly shallow), then I don't mind.
Plotting wise, I was thinking among these lines:
- The two meet, and both rise an interest in each other.
- Although similar, due to their personalities, they won't become close for a long while.
- Something big (exciting!) will occur to finally seal the friendship.
- A somewhat best friendship will arise naturally, and they'd both depend on each other, but not realise it. In fact, Flick will think that she would be able to survive without name, when in reality, she wouldn't be able to.
Obviously, the plot will change according to what you want. This is just a basic out line that I've thought of offhandedly, and it can change a little, or completely; I don't mind at all. ^_^
the first love  taken ALEXANDER MALBEC
Alexander will be able to give Flick a run for her money. He's rude, arrogant, chauvinistic and crude, but he's also charming and seductive. He doesn't care for women, but he can pretend to care. He's strong and independent, and he doesn't care about what people should care about. He's wild, and that is what Flick will be attracted to.
I've got a pretty clear image of what Alexander would be like, but feel free to change some details (as long as you ask, first). In my mind, I imagine Alexander to be exactly like Flick, but worse. He's cheeky, reckless, unafraid of anything. He'll give Flick something to do, he'll entertain her, cure her of her boredom. Alexander will have her on her feet 24/7; something that's never been done before. He's a pure bad boy, unwilling to be tamed - which is just as good, because Flick is just the same.
He could have a softer side; who knows? That's up to you. The majority of Alexander is free reign, and that includes the face claim. However, I strongly recommend Ash Stymest or something along the like (eg, Josh Beech, River Viiperi). Although Alexander would be Flick's first love, by no means does he have to be her final. I'm open to anything, and whether he would be her final or not is up to you.
Plotting wise, I was thinking among these lines:
- The two meet, spark a heated debate of sorts; more of a battle of wits.
- Form something like a fragile acquaintance, sarcastically flirting etc whenever they meet.
- Somewhere along the lines of spitting out hate and harsh banter they develop feelings for each other.
- The banter will painfully slowly continue, with Flick either refusing to acknowledge their feelings, or being somewhat oblivious to it all.
- A rocky relationship will have formed.
Obviously, the plot will change according to what you want. This is just a basic out line that I've thought of offhandedly, and it can change a little, or completely; I don't mind at all. ^_^

ALEXANDER&&FLICKAlrightalright! Well, I was reading over the first love request there, and immediately thought of Alexander. He's arrogant, manipulative, determined, and knows exactly what he's doing when it comes to women. He's a bit older then what you suggested, at twenty-seven, though I hope that's alright? Now, the thing is, is that if these two were to get at all involved, it wouldn't be serious to Alexander. He'd probably be pretending to have feelings for her the entire time, due to his somewhat cruel, nasty nature. He, quite literally, relishes in using women and moving on. He's kind of a discreet control freak. :B Anywho, he'd get what he wanted from her, and when he was no longer interested, dump her aside as mockingly as possible. I know you said in chat that heartbreak would work, so does this sound good? :3 Lemme know whatcha think!

Flick & Alexander,
The age is not a problem at all, don't worry. ^_^ He sounds perfect for the first love! I was just throwing out ideas, but Alexander pretending to like Flick would be a brilliant to plot to role play! I can imagine Flick keeping Alexander interested long enough, right until the part where she finally pushes away all her fears and insecurities and accepts her feelings for him; only to have them crushed immediately. That would be like kicking her when she's already down, and boy, she will not like that. Flick won't be the type to wallow in grief; nope, she'd be out there, desperate for revenge. I think that this should drive their relationship right back to where it first started, only with one key difference - it'll be the pure hate, that drives the two forward.
This should make Flick colder and harsher than before, and her chances of letting her emotions surface will have slid down to nearly 0%. She'll hate him after that, and won't stop trying to get her revenge. Does that sound ok? ^_^ Thank you for responding, also!

ALEXANDER&&FLICKHaha, ohmygod I love this. *COUGH* I'm such a mean person. *COUGH* But anyhow, I totally adore this idea. Alexander would lead her along for as long as it entertained him, or he got the satisfaction of her falling for him, and would leave her immediately afterwards in the most nasty way he could. If she starts getting pissy and insulting him and such, he is the type to fight back when threatened to a certain point, but until then he'll most-likely laugh at her, and ignore her. He'll be a little wary about her wanting revenge, given the fact he's the Eastern Tribe leader and doesn't want that to be ruined due to his greed for power, but if he feels she'll step out of line or something, he'd probably try to sit her down, and pull the whole "I'M SORRY," card, though it'd be entirely fake. And, if that doesn't work, he'd probably just get super harsh and mean. :B
Haha, I love this idea! I'll probably feel superbad for her, but I love it nonetheless. :3

Lol, I love this too! xD I'm quite excited to get this on the roll. ^_^ Ahh, if Alexander doesn't take Flick seriously, then that would just worsen the situation. She isn't the type to stop when people tell her too; in fact, it'll only tempt her to do more. If he pulls out the sorry card, she'll rip it up and throw it in his face. She won't accept an apology, unless it has his blood smothered on it. Obviously, she won't do anything violently drastic, but I wouldn't put it past her to attempt to put in some punches here and there, which could be impressive, if she knew how to punch, or was strong enough to punch. She'd retaliate to his meanness twice as harshly, and she won't let it show how much his words bother her (she's been doing it for years; she's a pro), and I suspect that could be annoying for Alexander? It would definitely piss of Flick if she could see no visibly reaction from him against her words, seeing as she barks, not bites.
