Aram is just a smart guy. He has obviously had his share of hardships. He was born in the southern part of the Nagorno-Karabakh Autonomous Oblast (NKAO). When the Nagorno-Karabakh War broke out, Azerbaijani forces captured his town and tried to massacre the ethnic Armenians. He witnessed one of his older sisters raped and then killed when he was five years old. He also witnessed several of his friends being shot by Azerbaijani forces when they tried to ethnically cleanse the town. He has constantly blamed himself for not doing enough. He was also injured by shrapnel during the capture (it is unknown whether it was Armenian or Azerbaijani). Naturally, the violence of that war in general had an important effect on him.

His family relocated to Kutaisi in the Republic of Georgia where he took it upon himself to educate himself. He went to the local library every day to read. He showed a natural talent for chess and languages. He majored in linguistics in Kutaisi University even without much of a formal education. He was presenting a paper on the ship when it crashed.

ENEMIES ♔ Naturally, he has developed an unfair hatred towards Azerbaijani people from his experiences during the Nagorno-Karabakh War. His above average intelligence may be interpreted as elitism by some people. He is also shy and awkward sometimes and so many may find ridiculing and taunting him to be easy.

FRIENDS ♔ If he ever makes friends, he will generally be loyal. He has a decent sense of humor that is based mainly on self-deprecation. Any friends that he makes will probably share some of his interests. Otherwise, he would probably get along with most people.

He is also known for his rather contrary viewpoints. He is actually a socialist (but not necessarily a communist).

LOVERS ♔ Probably won't happen. He is short (5'3 1/2") and shy along with being a loser with no life by his own admittance. If such an event were to actually occur, he would generally consider himself to be undeserving of such love. Also influencing his views on love would be his inability to save his sister when he was five.
